Rates are non-comissionable. Add 15%
for agency rates. All accounts payable net 10 days from
receipt of invoice.
Deadlines
Deadline for ROP advertising is 5 p.m.
Monday prior to publication. Classified and classified
display deadline is 3 p.m. Monday. Deadline for pre-print
inserts is 5 p.m. Friday prior to publication.
Cancellations
Ad cancellations must be made before
the closing deadline of 5 p.m. Monday.
Minimum
Sizes
No advertisement will be accepted which
measures less than two column inches. Also, every column
across must have an equal number of inches down (i.e.,
a two column ad must be a minimum of two inches deep;
three column ad must be a minimum of three inches deep,
etc.). These requirements apply to one time publication
only.
Not Full Depth
Any advertisement measuring OVER 19 inches
in depth will be charged for full depth, 21-1/2 inches.
Color Rates
Black plus one color $60
Black plus two colors $90
Black plus three colors $125
Second paper color rates will be half price.
(Full color separations must be provided or cost of
separation will be added to ad cost.)
Political,
Circus, Carnival and other Transient Advertising
Same as local open rate (net), cash in
advance unless prior arrangements are made.
Church
Rate
A special two paper rate of $7.40 per
column inch is available to churches only.
Legal Rates
Same as local open rate unless otherwise
restricted by law.
